At the rehersal dinner, do you give the people who are doing readings at the ceremony a gift? Just like you give your BP gifts and parent gifts... If so, what kind of gift would be appropriate?

I gave my readers a gift. I got them silverplated bookmarks (since they were readers). I had only men reading so I found nice bookmarks that had Pride and Fortitude from the NY Public Library on them. They were very nice.

I didn't have readers...but I gave scented body sprays (from GAP) to my two cousins who helped me get ready and passed out programs

I'll be giving readers a gift. Depends on who ends up reading though. Most likely, picture frames w/ their initials engraved. - like the body lotion idea

oh no not another gift. hah just kidding, I am in the process of getting the bridal party gifts and having a tough run of it. to many expensive ideas pop into my head.
