I think a gift card for something she likes is a nice idea! My friend gave me a recipe journal as a thank you present for organizing her shower...

go to marshals or target, they have a bunch of specialty coffe packs in the home area, you could make a basket w little stuff for coffee and then give her that w gift card

a nice mug... they had Vera Bradley ones at Barnes & Nobles last year. I got them for co-workers and they loved them!
