I literally typed up our To Do List (pretty long) but I will put just what I want accomplished between now and the end of March.

Ceremony Related:
- Chris contact priest about dinner
- discuss the ceremony/finalize readings and songs
- ask other readers
- get ribbon for pew lanterns
- Finish pre-cana (3 classes left)

Rehearsal Dinner Related:
- get bags for gifts and cards

Bridal Party Related:
- take FG to Macys Bridal Salon in Manhasset to try on dress
- order FG dress from Alexandra's
- Meaures RBs and order suits
- Order RBs sneakers
- pick out Groom/GM tuxes
- buy ties for Groom/GM/Dads/RBs

Wedding Dress Related:
- get undergarments (bra and panties)

DJ Related:
- finalize song choices
- finalize must play lists

Florist Related:
- call Tim’s Florist about Yellow Roses for the Mothers

Reception Hall related:
- finalize menu selections
- print menus

Cake Related:
- call Black Forest and make appointment for tasting and pick cake design
- call Black Forest to make another appointment to discuss the Groom’s Cake

Invitation Related:
- Get last missing address
- Finish stuffing envelopes and return address stamp them
- Mail out International invites on Feb 12
- Mail out all other invites on Feb 26

MISC:
- FH's wedding band
- resize green and blue stoned ring for right hand
- order FH's cufflinks
- Schedule day of hair for me and BMs
- waiting for dates to become available for Jamaica and book HM
- buy Water bottles to personalize

B-Pics Related:
- confirm date and time with Sandra Baldini, Melissa and Roe
- buy outfits/shoes
- take pics

wow - lots to do in the next few months!

I know there is much more, but these are the major items I'm thinking of right now.

Within the next few months I want to do the following:

-Finalize menu
-Finish DIY menus
-Meet with Cupcake Crew and sign contract
-Order/make decorations for cupcakes
-DIY projects
-Finish pre-cana
-buy DOJ
-Take FOCCUS test
-Discuss ceremony music/readings with priest.

I think that's it for the next couple of months.

Book limos (that's FH's job)
Book shuttle (not until after the RSVP date)
Last BM dress should be ordered today! Yay!
Song lists for DJ
Discuss and finalize a ceremony with the officiant
Make programs (after the ceremony is finalized)
Make menus (after our last meeting which should be May 1st)
Pick FG dress (in March)
Pick veil, shoes, DOJ, hair comb, undergarments (after my dress comes in which should be early March)
Book hair and makeup
Line invite envelopes and send them (March is gonna be a busy month!)
Make escort cards
Write our names and wedding date on favors
Make table #s
Pick DOJ for BP
Pick tuxes with FH

-Confirm guest list
-Finish designing invitations
-Purchase raffia for outside of invitation

Wedding Tree:
-Frame Wedding Tree & print/frame directions
-Purchase supplies (ink pads, baby wipes, pens)

Escort Cards:
-Assemble escort card 'wine box'
-Purchase moss for display

Menus:
-Create template for menus that I can substitute menu selections into when I finalize menu


OTHER STUFF:
-Figure out arrangements for night before the wedding (where to stay)
-Figure out indoor picture location
-Review wedding ceremony and make revisions
-Talk to FILs about RD
-Book flights for HM
-Schedule Hair trial
-Purchase BP gifts
-Purchase wine crate for card box
-Purchase 'favors' from American Cancer Society
-Schedule bpics & shop for outfits
