Re: Jeweler recommendations please?

Mike at Elegant Jewelers in the Jewelery center at Attias Flea Market... the flea market itself is kinda sketchy but I know a bunch of people who deal with Mike. He's very reputable. He fixed my friend's ring that she bought from somewhere else and was falling apart. Everyone in my family has gotten their engagement rings from there.

Re: Jeweler recommendations please?

A friend of mine was referred to a jewelry store in New York City by the name of Lauren B Jewelry & Diamonds. They are a family run jewelry store and are located right outside of the Diamond District so you do not have to deal with all the commotion. I went along with her and the saleswoman, Lauren, was very helpful and showed her a great selection of diamonds jewelry. I would recommend them to my friends and plan on making a trip there soon myself. You can view a lot of their jewelry online at www.laurenbjewelry.com.
Hope this helps
Cheers!

Thanks, but this was from a long time ago. I went with Iannelli Jewelers and they were great!

Solomons in Plainview or Albertson. They custom made my e-ring and I love it! haven't had any problems with it!
