Good luck! I loved looking at all the houses when we were searching. There are ups and downs to the process but in the end when you are sitting in your house and looking around and realize it is all yours, it is a great feeling!

I wait for this day to come like you wouldn't believe. The house hunting process is turning out to be so stressful! Your post reminded me to look forward to the light at the end of the tunnel when we realize it is all ours. Hopefully all the bullcrap I am going through with our realtor will be woth it at the end! haha

You will get there soon! We put offers in on 4 houses before we got ours. It is a big stress roller coaster. I didn't believe it until we walked in after closing and FH said to me 'welcome home babe!'

We put in about 5 offers also. The house we REALLY want is a Short Sale unfortunately so now we sit here and wait for Bank approval. Fingers Crossed!!!

Oooh at least you got that far!! We made offers on two short sales where the sellers both bailed before we got to the bank so oh well.
But really, I thought we were about to give up also but we are in contract on the best house we saw!

So I have a really random and most likely dumb question:

FH & I are still looking at houses, even though this is the only thing that ever makes me so frustrated I cry lol, and we're going to look at one tomorrow that might be perfect. BUT, our dumb luck, we're going away from Sat-Fri, then we're away that Sat & Sun upstate. So, has anyone ever gone in vacation right in the middle of looking at/potentially putting in bids for a house?
