I was excited to see them at the woodlands too, but it's the band performing not the Dj.

ahhh ok. Yeah, they start at 8:00 so I plan on going, raiding the martini bar, meeting a couple vendors, and leaving before the showcase starts.

Thank so much for the feedback. Now I have to hunt down some more showcases. I want to have our DJ booked by the end of May. (It was supposed to be the end of April, but I'm a bit of a procrastinator )

Arg, I had been waiting for weeks for this showcase. I was driving home from work the other night and practically falling asleep behind the wheel. FI made me feel ok about not going because I've been stressed at work and had a very long week but now I'm aggrivated with myself! Gotta checkout when their next dj showcase is and I WILL BE THERE! On a funny note, FI and I were watching a DVRd episode of Four Weddings and one wedding was at the Riviera and I joked about seeing After Hours and moments later...there was DJ Phil jumping around being DJ Phil. FI really likes his energy and likes it more after seeing 4Weddings. Still want to check out a showcase. GRRR!
