i heard that villa maria is actually property of the chuch and there is 15,000 site fee plus catering....

Oh - not helpful then, but I was going to say I have been to a wedding at East Hampton Point and thought it was really nice. Very good food. I bet it would be a drastic price cut in winter b/c it is such a summery place on the water. I would look into it.
