Apparently my MOH and my fi are amazing at keeping me out of the loop because I completely thought I was not having a shower (hence my freak out post on Thursday). Even with my prodding, I totally thought no shower. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! It was at my apartment and I loved everything about it; my MOH did an amazing job coordinating and decorating - wow is all I can say! It was cozy, fun, intimate and the food (cooked by my FMIL, FFIL and FSIL) was delicious. Anthony and I went to the movies to see 'Fever Pitch' (which I highly recommend BTW even though I'm a Yankee fan) upon coming back home I was met with everyone, including my mom who flew in from GA, and had the best shower ever...it was more than I could have imagined. Here are some pics:
Decor and friends:
One of my favors; white chocolate - yum!
My centerpiece:
Close-up of my beautiful hydrangeas:
Cake - can you say Villabate?!
The loot :
My other favors, 'It's Mint to Be' - they were mint lifavers inside this adorable packaging:
My baby Mr. Blue checking to see if the house is estrogen free
Thanks so much girlies! And my favorite part was that it was at my apartment, so there was no rush to leave, clean up was a breeze (everyone chipped in) and it finished a bit after midnight. I am so happy and can't believe people came just for me.

Thanks so much girls...and Katherine for the comment on my baby, I love him too.
About that cake - the bakery is called Villabate and it's worth the trip to Brooklyn. Check out the site: www.villabate.net
My fillings were French Creme and Chocolate Mousse. Yum!

Looks like everything was so beautiful. I can totally agree with regarding Villabate. We always go there. The only reason we first ever went in there is because Villabate is the town in Sicily where my family comes from and most still live!
