I'm also dancing to Nothing Else Matters by Metallica -it's a surprise for FH. He's thinking we're dancing to a slow country song.

Anyway - go with what you like. If you love Metallica - use it. In actuality how long is the song for the enterance really going be?

What about Skid Row (Youth Gone Wild) or something from Poison.

We also hate dance sh!t so we decided to go the Elvis route for our intro... not that it helps.

ETA: Are you opposed to classic rock? Theres a ton of great songs you can enter with by led zep, the who, beatles etc....

By the end of the night we started listening to more & more classic rock songs, but were still having trouble. I was 1/2 asleep though, so I wasn't much of an audience Maybe I'll explore that option more during my break today...thanks!

We're having a band and they are learning the song for us. I'm a little nervous as to how it is going to sound, but since it is the same melody throughout and the words are repeated I pretty sure they will do an amazing job.

I smile everytime I hear the song just thinking about his face when he hears the guitar in the beginning....CANT WAIT.

We did 'Little Less Conversation'.. it was perfect given the style of the RH & the lyrics too...

FH & I just decided on music last night; BP is coming in to 'Back in Black' by AC/DC (they're all wearing black) and we're coming in to 'Please Don't Touch' by Motorhead. It's going to be funny because FH was very heavy into metal and it will probably scare everyone that it's going to be an all metal reception, but our first dance is 'God Bless the Broken Road'. We just love all types of music so trying to represent everything. For our ceremony, we're using all Beatles songs.

I think anything you use will be fine because the entrance into reception is so quick you won't hear the whole song anyway.

Nothing Else Matters is our song too!

The BP is coming in to 'Last Train To Trancentral' because we love Blue Man Group (its the last song they use at the end) and we are entering to 'Sweet Child Of Mine'

That's exactly what we're afraid of - we want the music to represent us, but we also don't want to scare all the grannies and family member who will just be like 'what?!?' I love how you guys are really mixing it up though - that's cool!

OMG - we're going to see Blue Man Group this Saturday with friends of ours! We'll pay special attention to the last song! Too funny

we're going to use Ozzy's No More Tears (the instrumental part) for the whole BP and at the point where it builds up and then it's our turn hehehehe

I do love the idea of Motley songs too FH will love that ! Have to mention it
