XP: Restuarant Suggestions for 30PPL in Suffolk?!

so my BM is tryign to plan a bday party for her husband, and needs to find a restaurant that will hold 30 ppl, but not destroy her bank account....(like D&B charges a $300 fee for using a private room and then you have to pay for food)

any suggestions? preferably in the suffolk county area

Post Office in Babylon? ETA: they have an upstairs for parties.

Any chinese food place would probably hold that many people in a room....

Villa DAvanzo on Montauk Highway in Amityville Village. We have used them for many different functions from rehearsal dinner, communions, b-day parties, showers etc. Definitely worth the call. They have a private room and are SUPER reasonable. Call and talk to Anthony, he is the owner and very accommodating.

mangiamo in huntington...they are family style, so that may cut down on the cost.

Sonoma Grill in Holbrook...they have great food, and I think they are reasonably priced!

Beachtree Cafe in East Islip

We had my MOH bridal shower there and it was a nice room & good food. She had about 35 ppl at her bridal shower.

I second J& R's. We had my mom's 50 birthday party there and it was great! The food is always wonderful and they give you so much! It was very inexpensive too (I think like 14 or 17 a plate for a sit down luncheon).
