Hi Ladies. Hope your planning is going well.
I'm posting with hopes you all can help me find a bridal shower venue for a friend. She was hoping to use Vetro in Howard Beach but they are already booked up!

Anyone know of any venues with similar style? A bit more updated? Queens,or LI. Thanks

i dunno what vetro is but i had my engagement party at the view restaurant in oakdale, long island...kinda far from queens but on the water, totally up to date, happens to be a lessings property and the people and staff were amazing...

I loved Vetro's...i got engaged there. I had my engagement party at Roma View. There is also a new hotel on Long Beach that I know does fun engagement parties I think it is called the Allergia

I was thinking of having my engagement party here when they re-open as they are my favorite restaurant. Can you tell me a little bit more? Did you do the cocktail reception or sit down, do they adjust the tables so there's a dancing area, is it only your party, etc. Also how was their pricing? Thanks
