I booked flights for our honeymoon myself. I always check the airlines sites to see if they are advertising a lower price.
I had gotten a great price to start with but when I called them last night I saved another $56!
So there's a good tip for all of you who have booked flights.....keep checking those prices!!!

Cheap Caribbean says and I quote'' yeah sorry this happen all the time. The airlines are trying to sell out the flight. Sorry But Enjoy your HM'. I started to say B*tch you didn't say this happen all the time when I booked the trip.

I never knew you could do that - so if I see a flight that is cheaper than what I booked I can contact the airline?? and they will honor it?

Yup. I was on-line and figured why not, let me check the airfares. Sure enough, it was cheaper! I called up and they credited me the $. (let me be clear though -- this was for the same flight I was already booked on)
Bottom line....it can't hurt to make the phone call. What's the worst that can happen? They say 'no'?
