so i have my seating chart in powerpoint (a template from a fellow 2011er) and I made changes by adding text boxes under different letters of the alphabet to make it easier for guests to find their name.... my problem is i can either align right and have all my table numbers in a straight line or align left and have the Mr./Ms. all in a line.... is there anyway to have them both lined up perfectly?????

I need to have it printed this weekend - HELP!!!!!

ps when i align- Justify then both colums are misaligned

You can cut the table numbers from the text box and then paste hem into a separate text box and then align the two text boxes however you want. That would probably be the best way to do it.
