FH is going to educator job fair, should he bring copies of his cover letter or just resume?

TIA

just resume... cover letters should be more individualized based on the position

A generic cover letter is usually discouraged. I would research a bit about each district that will be there (that information will be given out beforehand) and create a letter outlining how he would be an asset to their particular district. Another nice touch would be to buy glossy 'resume' folders at Staples. The presentation is so much nicer than a file folder or a regular folder.

if he knows of any schools or districts that will be there, he should research them and make individualized cover letters for them, then seek them out at the fair.

other than that, a resume should suffice. if he's particularly interested in one school, he can always get their info and follow up later on with a more individualized cover letter and another copy of his resume.
