I know some of you ladies have one (or many).. which one should I get? Is the 500 ok? Is 5' wide enough?
Oh.. the confusion.
I've gone ebay crazy- I just bid on a 1.5' square punch.. finally.

I use my 500 most often. Its great for pictures...4x6 or mats for pcitures. IF I have alot of small pieces to do at one...I will use the 500 before I use the 150!!

510 is the newer model. It has 4 different cartirages that goes in it. one temporary, permenant, laminating and magnetic
the 500 has only 2, temp and permanant
Unless you are going to laminate, or make magnets you do not need the 510.
Now like I said...the 510 is the newer model...the 500 maybe discontiued in a few years then you will not be able to get the refills.

I have the 510 and love the fact that I can make magnets. I have made some of the photos of my son for my refridgerator and they look so cool! I recommend the 510!

If I didnt have the 500 (2 of them) I would definatly buy the 510...because I laminate stuff and make magnets...but I have NO right buying anymore scrap stuff!!

I have the 510 and the 'X' and I use the 'X' (150) all the time and hardly use the 510 anymore.

If you sold the 2 500's you would have to get the 510
Dina - I don't think the 150 is too expensive. I am pretty sure I have heard people get it on sale for $10 at Joann Fabrics. If you find you need more I would get the 510. If the 510 is too big you will end up wasting a lot of adhesive.

the 'X' is only 1.5 inches wide. If your titles are wider than that...the 'X' wont be good
here is a REALLY good website that shows the differnt Xyrons and the sizes!!
I haven't really made my titles yet- long story- so I don't know how big I'd need.... maybe I'll start off w. the X and if I need another one, I'll get one.

OK so I broke down and started small --for $6 I couldn't resist I bought the 150 tonight at Rag Shop-- I just HAD to use my coupon I couldnt let it go to waste--that would be immoral!!!!
