I ordered imprinted yalmulkes for my wedding from a website (FM me if you want the name). First, they over charged me. Then, it took EIGHT weeks for them to arrive (I was told 4-6). AND they were imprinted in the wrong color. When I called to complain, he got very mad at me and HUNG UP!!!
So now I'm stuck with 8 dozen of them...It's not worth getting new ones but it's so maddening!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I hate that kind of thing - it's like HE messed up and then he's RUDE instead of saying something like 'I'm sorry we made the mistake unfortunately we can't fix it...' Just TRY to be apologetic!

i hope you called back and got some kind of something out of him....if in the order it says what to correctly to do and he did it wrong, then you should be able to get them re-done.

can you report them to the bbb? if you can, go for it and make sure you let THEM know you're doing it. they may come around and offer some kind of deal.

I know this post is a few years old but I have had also a terrible experience with yalmulkes.com. I ordered 60 yalmulkes back in may 2010 and still have not received them. When I called 2 weeks ago they said they were printed incorrectly stating that it say the bar mitzvah of instead of the wedding of. When I called again this morning to find out the status of my order the man was very rude and nasty and hung up on me. I still have no yalmulkes and my wedding is the beginning of October in about 8 weeks. I would like to cancel my order but fear I will not receive a refund so I am hoping they get shipped very soon.
