I betcha any amount of cash that Al Leiter will be heading to the Yanks.
Leiter was just released from Florida. If he passes waivers... and Florida doesn't first trade him... the Yanks can have him for next to nothing (league minimum salary).

that is a very good possibilty. He started with the Yanks why not end it with the yanks. plus he's a Lefty and we can always use a lefty.
This will all be very interesting. They have to figure something out...they have no choice! ETA: Just heard that Leiter is a done deal! Very interesting

Wow, you weren't kidding..I didn't see that coming...I'm too mad about the 17-1 loss to even think about rebounding although we won today.
