YAY!!!!

YAY!!!!

Sitting on my desk right now is the SIGNED contract for our co-op!!!!
We have an interview with the board on Monday....
and I have an appointment to start the mortgage work on Thursday!!!
Looks like I WILL move out of my house someday!!!
I can't wait!

i'm not too worried about the interview...im more worried about how long the mortgage will take.....i want to move in tomorrow!!!!!

the next problem is expaining to my dad why it's ok for tom and i to live together the month before the wedding......he's having some trouble with that one.....poor guy!

emily - i thought so too but they wouldn't sign the binder and kept looking for more offers and someone offred more money than us, so they took them.

it's ok though, because we're saving about $700 more on this glen cove one, so it's a better idea. smithtown was great and beautiful and we would have been very happy there...but this one is just as nice,a little smaller, but a lot less money and we will be ale to save up for a house much quicker!

things do all work out in the end!
