FH's brother just proposed to his g/f of a few years, and she said YES!!!!!

OK.... so it seems that they were in Baltimore (where they live), and Danny (FH's bro) was going to propose as they were walking around... doing the sightseeing thing, but Lisa (FH's bro's new FI) was too cold... so apparently they went back to their house where he got down on one knee with !!!!!!!
