we're looking to go to North Port, FL (its about 30 min south of sarasota. We would use Fort Myers as our nearest airport which is about 30 min away). Going to have our house built. We too will have 4 bedrooms 3 baths, lanai, pool, all of our major appliances are included(stove, fridge, microwave) tile floor, cathedral ceilings, marble window cills, central air, central vacuuming, 2 car garage, and a few other great features and we're spending a lot less then 200K as well. My favorite feature is in the family room one wall has slide away doors which means it has sliding doors but there is a pocket and the entire wall is a sliding glass door and it opens up completely. We have sliding doors in our bedroom, living room, family room and a regular door from the knook which all lead out to the lanai.

We just paid our land tax and that was 100 dollars.

I cant wait to be down there. We're hoping by this time next year we'll be in the beginning stages of construction for the house
