I am trying to take pics and they keep coming out blurry. The flash from the camera glows on the ring. There is a pic from the website in my photo album. I am going to keep trying to take the pics though

I am so fustrated. I am trying to take pics and I cant get one good one. I am trying wiht my carmera and my cell too. Is there a certain way to take the pic so they come out clear?
