So, I had some down time between a doctor's appointment and teaching some private lessons. . .of course I drove up to David's!!! I've lost about 15 lbs since I ordered my dress in August (got it in October) from David's, and out of curiosity, I wanted to see if the next size down fit me. Well, guess what. . .IT DID! I can exchange the one I have now for the smaller one. . .but the woman insisted that I wait until March. But what happens if I have to order it in March and it doesn't come in until June???? I know David's is fast, but a part of me wants to exchange it now since I start alterations in April. What would you girls do? The dress is there on the floor at David's. . .

i say exchange it.....cant you always exchange it a second time if you need to??? are you happy with the weight your at or will you continue to try and lose more weight?

I'm going to try to lose more weight, but I can't imagine losing another 15 lbs between now and April. Again, please excuse my appearance. . .REAAAAAAAAALLY bad hair day and no makeup day.

It's taking every bone in my body (and FH telling me NOOOOOOOO) not to run to David's right now and exchange for that smaller size. Do I REAAAAAAAALLY have to wait until mid-March????

I would exchange it now.. no sense in waiting.. just make sure its a good size for you .. can you switch it back if you need too?

The woman at David's said that there's a limit to the number of times that you can change sizes. . .but she didn't say WHAT the limit is. Who do you think I should call tomorrow to ask about that? If I have to, I'll drive to the David's in Lake Grove (went to the one in Westbury) instead.
