YAY for Black Forest Bakery!

Original post by futuremrsmultari

We met with them this morning regarding our wedding cake. It's included with The Riviera. They were so nice, professional and it smelled AMAZING!!!

We are getting a 4 tiered yellow cake. Each layer will have two fillings: chocolate pudding and cannoli cream with chocolate chips! It's going to be round, stacked and done in a smooth buttercream (I hate fondant!). Each tier will have red ribbon circling the base and then the whole cake will have tiny white icing dots decorating it. Instead of a cake topper the top layer will be filled with real red roses. Every layer will have rose petals scattered on it. I can't wait. I hope you get what it's going to look like as I don't have a picture! YAY!

PS- Sort of like the pic below but add the ribbon, more roses on top and just petals on each layer!

YAY!!! You're sooooo lucky you have just about everything done at this point.

I'm glad as well. And what did you get them to throw in for this one ;)

A few cookies for my FH! And a slight discount on the flowers/ribbon which were upgrades!

Your cake is included with the reception and it's from Black Forest. As it gets closer, just make an appointment with Black Forest and you get to discuss ideas and pick a cake. Some things are upgrades but otherwise, it's included!

Maybe...ask them! I got different onces but want to ask them if they can take the roses they would have used as my CPs and put the petals around the ones I've purchased...I don't see why not but we'll see! I'll let you know how that goes!
