We met with them this morning regarding our wedding cake. It's included with The Riviera. They were so nice, professional and it smelled AMAZING!!!
We are getting a 4 tiered yellow cake. Each layer will have two fillings: chocolate pudding and cannoli cream with chocolate chips! It's going to be round, stacked and done in a smooth buttercream (I hate fondant!). Each tier will have red ribbon circling the base and then the whole cake will have tiny white icing dots decorating it. Instead of a cake topper the top layer will be filled with real red roses. Every layer will have rose petals scattered on it. I can't wait. I hope you get what it's going to look like as I don't have a picture! YAY!
PS- Sort of like the pic below but add the ribbon, more roses on top and just petals on each layer!

Perhaps for a cake/cupcake tower at our rehearsal dinner, they said they couldn't for the wedding cake...he'll never get over this!!!

Nice!! Sounds/looks great!!! Now I'm excited having the same hall etc..., would you mind FMing me info about this.... Our BM said we didn't need to go there until a couple months before the wedding.... but now I'm curious.... and want to know if you experienced any 'additional' fees
