When FH proposed we were at the 40 steps in Newport, RI by the water. We were taking pictures and he said he had something for me. He gave me a precious moment and had it personalized and it read 'I love you Carey Brown' then he looked at me and said, 'this is the first thing with your name on it, I think we should make it official' and he got down on one knee and proposed. Then when we got back to our hotel room there was champagne and another gift. The gift was a wine box that he had made.
I found an amazing girl who replicated the wine box into a cookie for our favors! She did an AWESOME job (and they taste delicious - BONUS)
