FH talked to FMI and she is going to give us $3000 toward our honeymoon. We would not have been able to afford to go without an outside contribution. Yay! I am so happy. Now I just have to figure out where to spend that $3K.

My suggestion: don't spend it all in one place. You can easily book a vacation for 2 for a week for less than $2000.

Yeah. Our original plan was for 12 days split between Los Angeles and Hawaii. I don't think we will be able to do that so now I have to come up with some different ideas. Maybe LA and Vegas? We can always drive to LA from Vegas. Hmmmm, what to do what to do.
