yeha- just spoke to landlord!!!
1st off--- our landlord is a real you know what...... we drea when we have to talk to him!!!
so anyway...
we just wanted to confirm with him that we were only paying 1/2 months rent since we were moving out on the 15th..... And we wanted to know how it was going to with our security deposits....
welll he gave me the well i dont normally do this speech but..... he said it was okay that we onlygiv ehim 1/2 months rent..... why the hell would i leave on the 15th then.... i would have just styaed the whole month if ih ad to pay the whole motnh..... idiot!!
and the best part..... we get our security deposits back on the day that we leave!!!
we were sooo worried about this!~~ he is such a stickler and we figured he would have to wait 30 days before giving it back to us....
however we get it all !~~ we are soooo releaved because we are going to need that $$ for our roof......
