Been working out like crazy (twice a day) and still fukcing gained 4 pounds from eating so much at my shower ... ***
Hate this BS... Still have to lose like 10 more pounds and its coming off too slowly and I only have 3.5 more months ...

I've been doing well. I didn't make it to Pilates last night because I had a stiff neck all day and allergies are kicking my butt...but I went to the gym a few times this week anyway so I don't feel bad missing out. I even went when it was nasty out.
Carey - I'm going to give you some advice that a WW leader gave me when it came to wanting to lose a certain amount of pounds. Don't think of it as ten pounds. Think of it as one pound, ten times. It makes it a LOT more manageable that way!
I won't be using the nice weather as a reason to exercise...I'll be up in Hartford for Pearl Jam so...yeah...my exercise will be jumping around like a damn fool for 3 hours. Cardio!
Here's my day:
B - Oatmeal, banana, tea with skim + Splenda
L - Salad topped with hummus and hot sauce
S1 - Greek yogurt
S2 - Mixed berries (straw, blue, black)
D - Up in the air right now
E - none today...coughing like a mofo.
M - FRIGGIN PSYCHED!!!

ive been doing pretty good food wise, but need to exercise!! plan on playing bball with FH, and I should go for a walk/jog..

eating wise i did ok, excercise why, I ******!! Luckily only up .2 this week...could have been worse!
