I'm working on my final guest list and I was wondering how you girls did with your yes/no percentages...
We have (as of today) 201 people on the guest list and 85 of them are OOT. Our minimum is 150.
I don't have a B-List.
I'm thinking I'm screwed.

does your hall allow you to do a substitution... like adding more stations, or something else to make up for going under minimum...

we invited 255 with a lot of OOTers
got about 179 yes....mimimum was 175
then we had a bunch of no shows or cancellations

We invited 109, so far we have 64 Yes, and 9 No. We have 36 remaining. Our min is 75, and I think we will make it and maybe be a few over
I think your best bet is to send it out invites early, especially for the OOT guests. You never know they may surprise you.

we have the same venue - i'm assuming you can probably add some of the food extras inspite of not meeting the min.
our min. is 150 as well-but i don't think we'll have an issue with meeting that...it's looking like 175 will be our final count (guestimate)

Right now we have around a 25% no rate...74 yes, 25 no.
I'm hoping it goes up to a 30% no rate.

ours its 16% right now... still waiting on a lot though... i would say that it will be about 20%

we had 23% no. there were alot of people invited with guest that 1) we knew would not bring one and 2) ones we expected to bring a guest.

I invited about 200 guests at the end
Min: 100 RSVPed Y: 98 (+4 Vendors=2ppl) No Shows: 3 all of which I knew (1 my uncle who is very sick, and my friend w/her date whose mom had a stroke 3 days before my wedding)
not sure how many No's I got as A LOT of ppl didnt RSVP AT ALL ehh whatever

We had 235 invited and 186 RSVPed yes. HTH!
ETA: We had to guarantee 150.

We invited 212 with 75 being oot
So far weve been right around a 35 percent no rate..
Im getting slightly nervous about meeting our min-were waiting on 51 i think, and i need 20 more yesses
