yet another invite wording question

i havent seen many of these but wanted to get your opinions..

we want to include our parents names on our invite and we are hosting the wedding..

thinking of using this-

Together with our parents
Mr & Mrs first last name
and
Mr & Mrs first last name

We,
Bride first last name
and
Groom first last name

Request the pleasure of your company
at their marriage
on friday, the twenty-seventh of april
at time in the evening
two thousand and seven
RH
street
city, NY

what do you thnk?? this may be a silly question but is it our marriage or their marriage?? what about the 'we'

TIA!!!

If you have the last name with the parents then you do not have to write it after your names.

I agree the last names being listed twice might be a little redundant....and also I would change it to read 'request the pleasure of your company at OUR wedding' instead of their (since you have 'together with our parents' listed on top, so this way its consistent).

I would have it read:

Mr & Mrs first last name
and
Mr & Mrs first last name
request the pleasure of your company
at the marriage of their children,

Bride first last name
and
Groom first last name

Friday, the twenty-seventh of April
at time in the evening
two thousand seven

RH
street
city, NY

HTH!

I think if you lose the 'we' and last name for you and your FH you should be all set.
