Yet another spinoff on Food: Where was the first place your FH/DH took you out to eat?
Be it Vincents, McDonalds.. what was your first Meal together.
Mine was a Thai Resturant in Chelsea (sp?) We had gone to see 'Final Destination' on our first date. It was the first time I had Banana rolls for desert and it was yummy.

We went to BK Sweeneys in Garden City then saw the Whole Nine Yards in Westbury

I can't remember our first meal together 8 years ago when we first met and I was dating his best friend, but our first meal together almost 4 years ago was at Eamon Doran's in Brooklyn Heights.

I know my hubby took me out to eat EVERYWHERE! He spoiled me when we were dating, that is why I am soooo fat now...lol.

Ruby Tuesday's in the Broadway Mall. I had just finished my second week of working in NYC and that Friday there was a frozen switch somewhere on my train line. FH and I took the train together. He called me that morning and said he was coming for me. We drove to Hicksville station. That night as we walked back to the car (we parked in the mall lot) he suggested we go for dinner. We were just friends, but he paid because he said we were celebrating that I had survived two weeks in NYC in January

The Silver Star diner in franklin square, it was 4am and we had just gotten back from the bar.
We both ordered Grilled Cheese and bacon (its both of our favorite sandwiches) and he had coffee and I had a coke.. I never had coffee before and he made me taste it. IT WAS GROSS... we sat and talked until like 6am and then he drove me home. Ill never forget that night as long as I live.

Don't know where the first meal was, first date we shot pool. We visited each other a bunch of times for lunch breaks at work, but that was before the 'dating' began.
