Sunday I will be going to NYC to start the search for the perfect dress!
Can you guys recommend some bridal boutiques to visit? For now., price is no object.

Update::: Had a horrible time! Wasn't able to make an appt. but they said to come in and look anyway. When I got there, they wouldn't let us try anything on! What is the point of 'looking'

I can't recommend any places because i haven't been yet but i will definetely go to kleinfelds, rk bridal, and zacks fifth avenue. these are the places that i would like to visit and also reem acra salon too.

There is a place called the bridal building around herald square I checked out yesterday, it was really nice and affordable. Have fun

I love Amsale , the boutique is located at 625 Madison Ave. You'll need to make an appointment, 212-583-1700. Also, if you go a little farther east to Brooklyn, definitely check out Kleinfeld - they carry all of the most exclusive designers! (Brides from all over the world shop there!)

I wish price was no object for the final product.
For now, since my wedding is not in a while, I would like to see 'the best' to figure out my style and than I can work from there....

If price is no object then go to the creme de la creme of them all and visit VERA WANG on Madison. I went all over LI and NYC looking for my bridal gown and and Vera Wang was the last salon I went to and she had the most exquisite and breathtaking gowns. I knew my gown was the one because I didn't want to take it off!!!! Her dresses are INCREDIBLE!!!!! The fabrics she uses are the highest quality and I was treated like a queen!! I had THE best experience there out of all the salons I went to. I expected them to be snotty but the service I got was the exact opposite. Also, the salespeople that work there really know their stuff. I ordered my gown from there and I can't wait to go back for my fittings! Good luck in your search.

The Address of the Bridal Building is 1385 Broadway Between 37 and 38th street I would say go to room 1205 on the 12th floor great prices and wonderful people.

I second Pinky on the Bridal Building, Suite 1205 . I got my dress there.
There are different shops on the 11th & 12th Floor of the Building, all tailored for bridal gowns, veils, etc. It is definitely worth a trip.
No appointment necessary. Just walk into the building and take the elevator to either the 11th or 12th Floor.

RK Bridal Located on 39th Street between 8th and 9th avenue. Located on the left side of the street and takes up half the block
It's one of the largest bridal dress shops in the city.
