I hate rude people! I also hate that alot of these independent bridal shops have stupid hours! One place I called is open 10-5 five days a week and 11-4 on sat and closed on sundays -- its like, 'um - dont you realize that brides are working during those hours and probably working OVERTIME NOW to pay for the wedding' what is with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh eff that, I'd ask for her name and tell the manager. I hate that! If you're so damn miserable, don't go into a customer service position!! You get paid to smile and be nice and be curteous on the phone!! As a receptionist, I know I can't take my bad mood to work with me or else I'll get in trouble and so should they!
