You can REALLY call me Mrs. Q now because I'M MARRIED!!!
I'm actually kinda P.O.'d right now cuz I wrote a super long 'mini' review of all my vendors and accidentally clicked on one of the links on the page and of course lost it all
I unfortunately don't have time to write it all over because we're leaving to the airport for our honeymoon in an hour and I have yet to pack!!!
So let me just say that I had a wonderful day - perfect weather after all the worries about rain, it was sunny and gorgeous! A bit chilly and definitely windy, but that's to be expected in October so that's a-OK with me! A full year of planning gone in a flash, but what a WONDERFUL flash of a day it was!
All of our vendors ROCKED!!! A huge shoutout to my DOC Eliana (ENJFT)! I so wish I had not lost my long post because I outlined all the wonderful things she did and coordinated for us - let's just say that she was really on top of everything; checking with all my vendors, coordinating people, trying to keep us on schedule, checking out our reception room and making necessary changes to the busy-looking table settings, etc etc etc. I'll have to go into more detail in my full review, but if anyone is wondering whether or not to get a DOC, just DO IT! Seriously, I had no idea how many little things need to be organized and done on the day of, and Eliana was the one that took care of those things so that I wouldn't have to. I was eerily calm on the day of my wedding and never got upset or frustrated while getting ready or at my reception and Eliana definitely helped make that happen!
All our other vendors did a mostly great job too! I'll leave the good and/or gritty details for the actual review, but all in all we were very happy with our day. Our vendors were:
Duet for photo and video (Jay, Danny, Lee, and Kevin)
Double Diamond limos
Mia of Bridal Iounge (she even came to Chateau Briand during our cocktail hour to touch up my hair and makeup and my mom's makeup!!! I felt like a star!)
Designs by Rose flowers
and the AMAZING Chateau Briand (they did a truly great job and we had the best Maitre'D - Pedro- and bridal attendants - Marisol and Elena).
Eliana and my friend Adrienne (AAS4403) already posted pics - THANK YOU!!! - but here are the ones that my brother took with my camera. We have more that my friend took, but haven't been able to download those yet.
Getting ready and multi-tasking (plucking eyebrows and on the phone
