You girls were right....

today i decided to start the 30 day shred...
and sure enough, i know the second i stand..my legs will feel like jello.

surprising enough, i felt good right after the 20 min...but then as i got more comfy through the night, i started feeling all kinds of aches and pains...

Here's to tomorrow morning

I am so jealous! Mine hasn't arrived yet....tomorrow makes day 11 or 12 of their 5-10 day delivery.

I am having the same issue. Youtube it so you can start it now. I am doing that until it comes!
