sock glue (bottom of page)
its an irish dance thing, but its become pretty popular. we use it to keep our socks up with performing or competing.. but I HAVE used it to keep my top up, and FHs cousin used it when we went to a wedding and her dress was a deep V... she got it to stay in place.
its made to last through sweat.. but washes off with water.
I was replying to celias 'emergency kit' reply and almost posted it thinking i was replying to a 'feis emergency kit' thread... but then i thought, why the hell not.. I know i'm going to have it on me the day of my wedding...
just make sure you keep it in a tight container, if it gets hot it thins out and sometimes leaks, esp if its shaken a lot (i keep mine in my dance bag, in my truck, so its always hot and moving)
(we've also been known to use glue sticks if we dont have sock glue... but it doesn't work as well and it takes a lot more to hold)
