You know that $400 that the mayor has given out in past years to property owners....
....Does anyone know if there is a form that needs to be filled out in order to receive this refund? Because friends of ours just bought a house and they wanted to know if they are entitled.
Sorry I don't remember the name of this refund, if I did, I would do a search.

If you are in the 5 boros.... that should be the city STAR application you need to fill out.
