when I write a vendor (shall remain nameless) and they dont respond in a timely manner. Now.... 1 day is ok, 2 days even, but 2 weeks later and NO reply email?

That is just ridiculous. We pay good money to our vendors so they should be available to answer back in a timely fashion.

When this happens I won't even consider them. I've had photographers call me 2 months later and I'm literally like UHH I booked my photographer months ago but thanks for finally getting back to me.
