I think they wait till the last minute to send the responses in to see if they can get a date

we only invited a handful of people with a guest but some of them are like my cousins who had boyfriends but just broke up etc...

I know! One of the things I dread about sending the invitations out. But FH believes everyone should be invited with a guest.....

I am guilty of this. Now that I'm on the other side though, I understand how it was probably very annoying. --you live and learn I guess.
