you won't believe what my future in laws did... so mad!

My future in laws wanted to address their own set of invites and hand it out in person, it's their tradition. I didn't see any harm in it. Now it's 12 days til the wedding and I'm still missing 30 of their RSVPs, they send out 60 invites. They said its bc some ppl don't RSVP but they will call and make a list for me. They gave me a number already and now they are putting together a list of names.

Soo... I got a super duper late RSVP from one of their guests in the mail today (the RSVP date was April 21)... the reply by date was whited out. There's a new handwritten date of May 20, 2006!!!! The wedding is May 21, 2006!!!

haha - yah looks like the reason was that they didn't hand out the invites until much more recently than they said they were going to

LOL, I don't mean to laugh, but that is absolutely crazy!!!!! Who does that? whites out an RSVP date and puts there own? Do you think it was your in laws who did that, or do you think it was the guest? I feel really bad for you to have to deal with such craziness.

I cant believe the rsvp date was whited out and changed! That is the first time I heard of that! Did FIL's change the date or was it the guests? I would ask FILS's if they did it and why, that would bother me beyond belief
