Did you pick it out? If not, were you happy with what FH picked out?
( I was just admiring my ring and I love it so so much!!!!! wondering if everyone felt the same way)
I didnt pick it out. FH did al the work- he has great taste in my opinion...

I told him what I wanted, I wanted either a round or pear shaped center stone and two side stones. Well he designed it so I have a round center with two pear side stones, I love it and he did an awesome job!

here's the thing, i picked it out, printed it out from the website brought the picture home, stuck it into a draw in my moms dresser & never showed it to FH. i wanted to be surprised & let him pick something he would like me to have. i decided to save the picture until he actually proposed. once he proposed (about a year & a half after i printed it out), it was the exact ring.
so he picked it out all on his own, it just happened to be the exact ring i always wanted.

i loveeeee my engagement ring. and of course i picked it out lol....FH tried, but i think his attitude is if hes spending so much $$ on it, he wants to make sure i am happy. now we have to look for wedding bands. i cant wait to wear them together!!!

I had told him exactly what I wanted and we even went to the store and I showed him what I liked. He ended up getting what I wanted except it had 6 prongs opposed to 4. The jeweler had told him that if one of the prongs broke I would be less likely to lose it! so I was happy :)

FH refused to go 'ring shopping' because he wanted to do it on his own. He asked what shape stones I liked and I showed him one pic of a ring I loved for the band. He did everything else on his own and got it PERFECT! I love my ring and I'm so happy he surprised me!

i went shopping with FH once and left very discouraged bc what i imagined and thought i had wanted did not look good on my finger. so i went with my sister the next time. she picked a bunch of settings and i didnt even want to try on the one i ended up with, i thought it was UGLY until i put it on my finger and my hand started to shake out of excitement. so we put a few settings on hold and FH picked the one that made me shake. he did pick out the center stone by himself.. and i was verrrry impressed.
my sister does know me better then i know myself.

What drives me crazy is that people think its cheap because it doesnt 'sparkle' a lot. (It's an emerald cut which i know doesnt sparkle as much as others). but still it was mucho dollars. I cant believe people have the nerve to say 'oo what was it , $1500?' lol its like 'are you kidding me?' lol people are weird.
whattttt?? i'd have steam coming outta my ears!

I had nothing to do with the ring selection, I had no clue he was even going to propose. I never told him what I liked, and somehow he got it perfect! I adore my ring.. love love love!

WOW, I can't believe that people actually say certain things out loud. You love it, that's all that matters.
