Your favorite engagement gift

WHat was your favorite gift? Which would you love to get again? I need advice I have a friends engagement party in 2 weeks. I have no idea what to get the couple, please help.

Honestly, my favorite gift was from FH's grandmother....she made a basket (that at first, scared the life out of me) filled with things....one of them being a cloth calendar from 1979 (when FH was born)....but the best gift was this tiny basket INSIDE the basket....in the NEW basket was an OLD handkerchief, a BORROWED gold coin tied up with a BLUE ribbon. I will carry it on my wedding day....the basket has been replaced with a necklace, but this was honestly my absolute favorite gift....because it meant the most.

I got a lot of useful household things (we needed them) but, we got these beautiful toasting flutes from his aunt.

For my cousin's engagement party, I got them Lenox toasting flutes and a bottle of champagne. The Lenox outlet has a wonderful selection of engagement gifts.

My sister gave us an engraved blanket with our name and date on it. It's my favorite gift especially because it was from my sister.

is the Lenox outlet in Riverhead? I don't really want to give cash, I know they might need it but I like gifts! And they havent picked out a date yet so, all the other ideas I love, are a no-go

the lenox outlet in riverhead is great!
How about a cke topper with the bride and groom or toasting flutes or the cake knife and server. Just a few ideas! Good luck

My best friend made a baskey filled with frames..just married, engagement frames, honeymoon frames and one for our invitation..I loved it...

my favorite gift so far has been my aunt's gift certificate to Fortunoff - I'm using it to get the accent plates for my china and these plates from Tiffany's that my cousin gave me

My grandmother gave us a Hummel bride and Groom Cake topper. I LOVE IT! We also got a set of Emeril pots!

Worst gift? A french fry maker for the microwave from my crazy aunt!

my favorite is my grocery cart. it's not the typical metal cart you would normally see at a market. it's discreet looking i guess. but nonetheless, it's a cart i use when going to the market.

Vera Wang, Knots of Love toasting flukes and picture frame... didn't have a card attatched though and we still don't know who bought it for us. Everyone who was there gave us a gift and we've asked around
