My hairdresser and I are at odds with this one. See, I need to wash my hair everyday to wake up! My hair is very fine and barely holds a style, so she thinks it makes sense to not wash it - or at least, wash it without conditioning. Yikes, I can't imagine that.
So...what are you doing for the big day? ugh I hate the idea of not washing it...and I'm not sure it makes that much of a difference in styling for me. No matter what, my hair is flat and lifeless!

I washed it the morning of-only shampooed it though. My aunt (who did my hair) gave me a spray gel to put in my hair while I was blow drying it...my hair help up pretty well but regardless of washing it or not washing it it was not going to hold a curl all night. My hair is fine and thin so I knew prior to that if it was humid that day no matter what curls were going to fall......and they did.

I am washing it the morning of. My hairdresser told me to wash it. I will just dry it before she comes.

I have ultra straight hair which doesn't hold a style, I washed it the day of my sister's wedding and the hairdresser flipped out on me. ...and by the end of the night my hair was definately flat.
I hate the idea of not washing my hair too - but I am going to wash it the day before so maybe the style will last all day on my wedding day.

i washed my hair the day of. My hair gets too oily if i wash it the night before.
