My MOH is my sister and she wasn't very involved with the wedding planning just because FH and I did practically everything by ourselves because we knew what we wanted. She has been helping me with songs though and she gives her opinion about everything I've done, so it's nice. My bridal shower is in 3 weeks and from what my mom tells me, she got really into it and my sister keeps telling me that she's so excited and has all little things planned.

My MOH is my sister. She just moved from Brooklyn to NJ so I don't really see her too much. She really isn't too involved with the planning and I don't expect her to be. She's not in to all the glitz & glamour of a wedding and that's completely fine. We have completely diff tastes anyway. I just want her there with me on my wedding day. She's very excited for me, of course, and when she was in town, she did come to look at 2 halls with me & my mom...but that's about it.
ETA: And she did come with me & my mom the first time I went gown shopping too

So far so good. There isn't really anything for her to do though b/c I did everything before I even asked her to be my MOH. She's come with me when i've tried on dresses.
So all is good! lol

My MOH is my sister, we are a year apart but we are like twins. She lives in D.C. so she is not as involved as I wish my MOH was, But when I def. need her she is here and I always tell her.. you are the MOH 'do your job!' lol in a loving way of couse,.. she is my sister so I can do that!
