Your period and the South Beach Diet......
Did going on this diet throw off anyones period? I was on it in the past but got pregnant the month I started it. I sware being on that diet helped me to get preggo...well anyway I lost the baby 3 months later and now want to go back on the diet again but I don't want it to effect my period since I want TTC soon....and I know that dieting can sometimes throw things off a bit.
