What’s the timeline for your reception? (The order of things: speeches, first dance…ect). Also, are you planning on doing something fun and different? For instance: I went to wedding last month and they did some kind of dancing game to give away the centerpieces. What’s yours?

We are going to do our first dance right away and then parent dances right after to get them out of the way and everyone will still look nice for pictures..the rest we arent sure about.. HTH!

I really didnt even think of timeline.....I dont even know where to start. Probably something good to discuss with my BM at my RH.

Your best bet is to review your timeline with your BM @ your reception hall and coordinate it with your DJ or Band. They basically run the party due to the timeline for serving dinner.

had a final meeting with my AMAZING band last night and they are running the show. they said they will work out the speeches with my RH depending on how long the food break for first course will be (bc we are having 4 speeches) so it might be broken up into 1st and 2nd course. thats it--- all else they are handling.
