Your song Picks for...

After your first dance.. to get the party started? We want something booming of course to get everyone up, energy flowin', party vibe. We like I gotta Feelin' but feel it's so overdone... so what else is there like that? Keeping in mind we really are more rockers than pop/hip hop (we do like a bit of the popular club songs though) ANy Rock songs that we could use as a party starter?

ALso.. sexy rocker song for when he pulls the garter off... so far all I got is LEgs by ZZ Top but I want more ideas...

Thanks ladies! XO

A lot of girls have used 'Turn down for what' and my friends who recently go married used 'This is how we do it'

We plan on doing 'foxy lady' by jimi hendrix for our garter :)

To get the party started we want Dance the Night Away by Van Halen. For the garter we're doing Howlin For You by The Black Keys.

We're doing Everlong by the Foo Fighters for the cake. FH is Colombian, so there will be lots of latino music happening. We're thinking Danza Kuduro by Don Omar to get the party going.

We are having our bridal party walk into 'I'm Shipping Up to Boston' because FH and I both love Dropkick Murphys, and besides, who DOESN'T want to jump up and dance the second that song plays? :) We also told our DJ that we really want the overall reception music to be a fun party vibe that gets people on the floor all night :)
