Do you think this is too simple for a wedding dress? I loved the idea of a sheath, but I was having 2nd thoughts & my mom really wants me to wear a 'Princess Dress' I'm thinkng this w/ a tiara &/or lots of bling. What do you think as a compromise?

I think all moms associate 'PRINCESS' with the big poofy dress. I think that this dress is very mature and stunning and with the right accesories it could be princess like. I think that this dress says I'm grown up and it should really be 'WOW - I love it you took BEAUTIFUL'

Oh i didn't mean you sorry!!!! I realized i shouldn't of put it that way.. i wanted to say how people always use simple when its really classic. FH and I spent a hour doing our STD's stuffing and printing the envelopes and MAN i am cranky.
I like it, I was watching 'Whose wedding is it anyways' the other day and a bride had somthing like that on, the same design on the chest and the same length. It looked really nice. Try it on and see if you like it

i love it...i like dresses like that~!
I like it and it has a classic look, kind of like that old hollywood style
I asked the lady at Kleinfelds that i was thinking of trying on mermaid dresses, she said forget it!!! lol...she explained to me how it would have cut me in half since i am 5'2 and it wouldn't go on me, i agree but had thought about it since FH loves those dresses lol

I love it!!! I love that shape dress as well, and at first moms was totally against it! But now she watches Bride shows and is all for them!

I love it!!! I think a tiara will be perfect with it. And I love the gloves. (but in white)

not too plain at all. the detail around the bust (the material) gives it texture and the mermaid shape also gives it a little something.
it would be beautiful dressed up with some bling (PLUS, i think it's perfect for your venue)...

HAHAHAHAH, I really was a ***** for putting it that way. I feel horrible.. but doing a mail merge, having my printer die on me, stuffing 50 std's and looking at fh getting all emotional i freaked out IoI I can happily accept the pms/c-word hat for the day!
