If you and FH have already chosen your Wedding Song what is it and why?

Chris and I chose All I Ever Needed by Bret Michaels. We are in love with Poison and have seen them in concert every year since we've been dating so it ment a lot to us to incorporate them into the wedding. When we heard this song we both looked at eachother and knew this is what we would dance to for the first time as husband and wife.

we picked ours but unfort Cat Powers hasnt made a full length version of it....it was on a commercial and me and fh fell in love with him..im constantly emailing her but no response back...im a stalker lol

i think it might be elvis, 'cant help falling in love'. i loveeeee elvis and i love that song, but we keep changing it so i dont know.

That song is in the running for ours. I like it because we had a long distance relationship for a year so the 'however far away' part is meaningful. The Cure version was also my ringtone for that year

Another possibility is Yesterday to Tomorrow by Audioslave. It's unconventional, but we like the lyrics and that was the 1st concert we went to together.

after we got engaged, FH (a musician) and i were really excited about picking songs. we went through a bunch that were okay, but none of them were right. back in november-ish, our friend ryan put the album on (new at the time) while we were all hanging out, and everything was right about it.

Our song is 'its you and not the thought of you' by Lucas Reynolds. The song is amazing, the title is pretty self explanatory as far as to why we chose it. We saw him open for a band we like and this song was on his myspace page so we emailed him and asked if he could send us an mp3 and he did.

Thanks!!!! I download a MILLION wedding songs. Then me and FH sat down and started to listen to them all. That song was the 6tth we played... we both looked at each other and said this is it. We didnt even bother to play all the others!

This is our song! I didn't realize it was so popular. FH and I started dating senior year of high school and I went away to college freshman year. He called me one day when this song was on the radio and made me listen to it. He said it reminded him of me and it became our song!

ETA: I came home after the first year! I couldn't stand to be away from him.

All these songs are so nice ... All the ones I never heard I actually went to YouTube to listen to. Nice selection girls. I am actually going to make a CD with all of these songs just to have [call it Brides of 09].
