Your wedding song ...

If you and FH have already chosen your Wedding Song what is it and why?

Chris and I chose All I Ever Needed by Bret Michaels. We are in love with Poison and have seen them in concert every year since we've been dating so it ment a lot to us to incorporate them into the wedding. When we heard this song we both looked at eachother and knew this is what we would dance to for the first time as husband and wife.

We chose Let love in by the Goo Goo Dolls...silly story behind it but it was the song on the commercial for the office last season and we are absolutely in love with that show. Well we fell in love with the song and when we ere talking about what our song should be since we didn't really have one he mentioned that and we both agreed!!!

ohh i don't know yet! our two songs as a couple are U2's sweetest thing (which, if you listen to the lyrics, is not actually a sweet song) and Elton John's 'Your song'. i think that one may be too overused.

We love the song 'Let's Stay Together' by Al Green! We sing it every year that we have been dating in Kareoke at his friend's house on New Years Eve!!! We are completely offkey but we have fun!!!

We may go with Incubus' Dig.... No special meaning - The lyrics are just really beautiful, not mushy, and just very untraditional

Our song since we've started dating has been From This Moment by Shania Twain. I love the beginning which sounds like wedding vows:

Our is the Wallflowers version of Into the Mystic.....we were fooling around one day and the original version by Van Morrison came on and we both just look at each other, we werent engaged yet but we both just knew thats what we would dance to when we got married.....then I heard the Wallflowers version that was recorded for the American Wedding movie and I just like the musical part of that version better, and he loves it too!

I forgot the because.... there is a line in the song that is so us and the whole song is just perfect.

We picked one when we first got engaged and then changed it 3 times and now back to the origianl. Who knows by the time we get married we'll change it 100 more times,lol.

we want to do american girl by tom petty. we both looove him and have been to a million concerts (yahoo for jones beach). but the real reason is that we started dating right after he studied abroad in england, and at the end of his time there he was getting homesick and just wanted to meet an american girl. i later found out that he had me in mind! (we were casual acquaintances.... lol ok, we were both in the band! hahaha)

I love that song! Both versions are on my ipod!
